Used Ford Trucks and SUVs in Des Arc, AR
Every used Ford currently on the lot is listed on this page. D3 Auto Sales is an independent dealership at 2410 Main Street in Des Arc, Arkansas, about an hour east of Little Rock on US-70, and Ford is the deepest part of our inventory. It is weighted heavily toward trucks — F-150s first, with Super Duty, SUVs and the occasional Mustang alongside.
We are known locally as specialists in lifted and leveled trucks and SUVs, so the Ford trucks here are not all stock. Every listing shows exactly what that specific truck is.

Inventory changes often, so check each listing for year, mileage, drivetrain, engine and equipment.
F-150 generations, and which one suits how you drive
The question we get most is which years to shop, and the honest answer depends on what you want out of the truck rather than on any single best year. Engine, cab style and drivetrain on the specific truck matter far more than the model year on its own.
| Generation | What changed |
|---|
| Twelfth, 2009–2014 | Steel-bodied and mechanically simpler. Still shows up here in work-truck trims at the more affordable end of the range. |
| Thirteenth, 2015–2020 | Ford moved the F-150 to an aluminum-alloy body. The 2.7-liter and 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engines came into the heart of the lineup alongside the 5.0-liter V8. |
| 2018 refresh | A visible front-end update, a new 3.3-liter base V6 and a diesel option added within the thirteenth generation. |
| Fourteenth, 2021–present | The current shape. Introduced the PowerBoost full-hybrid V6, the fold-flat interior work surface and the available onboard generator system. |
Cross-shopping a late thirteenth-generation truck against an early fourteenth-generation one usually comes down to interior technology and the hybrid option rather than how the truck drives.
Buying a lifted or leveled Ford: what to look at first
A leveling kit and a full lift are different things, and the distinction is worth understanding before you shop, because the two words get used interchangeably in listings and they do not mean the same thing.
A leveling kit
Raises the front of the truck to sit even with the rear, usually to clear a slightly larger tire. It leaves the factory suspension geometry largely intact, which is why it is the more common starting point.
A full lift
Raises the whole truck, and generally comes with longer components so the suspension and driveline keep working correctly at the new ride height. More capability, and more that has been changed from standard.
Both change how a truck looks. The taller the build, the more it also changes how the truck loads, tows and handles crosswind on I-40.
What to ask about a built truck
The things worth asking are what was changed, what tire and wheel size it is running now, and whether anything else was adjusted to suit. We can walk you through what is on any specific truck — that conversation is easier on the phone at (870) 256-1600 than it is through a listing.
If you want a second set of eyes on a truck after you buy it, our service department takes appointments and welcomes requests for most vehicles regardless of where they were purchased. Shopping from the metro side? Our Cabot, Jacksonville and Lonoke pages have directions for the drive out.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best year to buy a used Ford F-150?
There is no single best year, but the generation matters. The 2015 model year began the aluminum-body thirteenth generation and brought the EcoBoost V6 engines into the core lineup, with a refresh for 2018. The fourteenth generation started in 2021 and added the PowerBoost hybrid. Pick the generation that matches the engine and features you want, then compare individual trucks on configuration rather than year alone.
Where can I find used Ford F-150s for sale in Arkansas?
D3 Auto Sales stocks used F-150s at 2410 Main Street in Des Arc, about an hour east of Little Rock on US-70. This page updates as trucks arrive and sell, and each listing shows the cab style, bed length, engine and drivetrain. Call (870) 256-1600 if you want to know what is landing before it is photographed and posted.
Does D3 Auto Sales have used Fords under $10,000?
Our inventory moves across a wide price range and the lower end of it changes week to week, so check the live listings rather than trust a number on a page. You can sort the full
inventory by price to see where the Fords fall today. If budget is the main constraint, it is worth telling us the monthly payment you are working toward rather than only the sticker, because that is what actually decides the shortlist.
Can I buy a Ford from D3 if I am shopping from Little Rock?
Yes, and a good share of our customers do exactly that. Des Arc is roughly an hour from the metro on US-70, and people regularly make the drive for a truck they cannot find closer in. One of our customers, Brian D., wrote that we had a driver meet him at his bank in another town and that the paperwork took twenty minutes rather than the two or three hours he expected. Call ahead at (870) 256-1600 so the truck you want is pulled up and ready when you arrive.
Do you have Fords for sale by owner, or only dealer inventory?
Everything on this page is dealership inventory, which means it comes with a title we handle, financing options you can apply for in one place, and a service department you can come back to. Private-party trucks can be cheaper on paper, but you are handling the title work, the lien payoff and any surprises yourself. If you are weighing the two, the trade-off is usually convenience and recourse against the last few hundred dollars of price.
